In the coming days, Johns Hopkins US Family Health Plan members will receive a new member ID card for 2024. These cards will have the Johns Hopkins Health Plans logo and member cost share information, updated with 2024 amounts.
We also want to acknowledge that some members received a member ID card recently that had 2024 cost share information when it should have had 2023 amounts. Since all members will be receiving new ID cards soon, we will not re-issue corrected ID cards for 2023.
If you recently received a new ID card, here is what you need to know:
- Use the ID card for the remainder of 2023.
- Confirm current cost share information by calling Customer Service.
- Claims for services will be processed with the 2023 rates.
- Print temporary ID cards through the HealthLINK@Hopkins member portal.
