Taking a few simple steps now will make it much easier to get the care you need when you need it all year long.

• Register for HealthLINK at Hopkins and take charge of your health care. Available 24/7, HealthLINK allows you to securely connect to your personal health information anytime to view your Explanation of Benefits, manage personal information, check the status of a claim, change a primary care doctor and more. Register now.

• Register for Johns Hopkins OnDemand Virtual Care. Whenever you and your family need care after office hours, within minutes, OnDemand can connect you to a health professional using your phone, computer or tablet. Register now.

• Important Forms to Sign! If you have other health insurance or need to allow someone to access your health information, you’ll need to complete certain forms and have them on file. Find all your important plan documents here.

Your Pharmacy Benefit

Getting your prescriptions is more convenient than ever. Take these easy steps to get the most out of your pharmacy benefit.

• If you’re a new member, ensure that all your prescriptions and authorizations are transferred to a Walgreens pharmacy.** Find a Walgreens near you.
• For an easy way to get medications you take on a regular basis, home delivery allows you to get up to a 90-day supply of approved medications through Walgreens pharmacy. Set up home delivery now.

**The USFHP pharmacy network is limited to Walgreens pharmacies. Military Treatment Facility and government/federal military pharmacies, including Veterans Affairs (VA) pharmacies cannot be used.
