OnDemand Virtual Care

Johns Hopkins OnDemand Virtual Care connects you with a provider from 6 p.m. – 8 a.m. on weekdays, or anytime on weekends. OnDemand providers can review your symptoms, guide you on next steps, send prescriptions to your pharmacy, and communicate with your primary care manager. No appointment needed – just use your computer, tablet, or mobile device to connect with a provider in minutes. (For health concerns that happen from Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., please contact your PCM to schedule an urgent primary care visit.)

Use this service for minor health concerns* such as but not limited to:

  • Rashes
  • Pinkeye
  • Allergic reactions
  • Respiratory infections
  • Cold, flu, and sinus symptoms

*NOTE: In a true emergency, do not use this service. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
